Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Donations to Earth Connection Community Corp. are voluntary charitable contributions made in support of our nonprofit mission. As such, donations are generally non-refundable. We appreciate every gift and are committed to using your contributions responsibly in service of our spiritual, educational, wellness, and environmental programs.

2. One-Time Donations

One-time donations are generally non-refundable once processed. However, if you believe a donation was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge or incorrect amount), you may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction date. Refund requests made after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

3. Recurring Donations

Recurring donations can be canceled at any time. To cancel a recurring donation, you may:

• Email us at info@earthconnectioncommunity.com with your name and the email address associated with the donation
• Cancel directly through your payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, or Venmo)

Cancellation will take effect before the next scheduled payment. Previously processed recurring payments are generally non-refundable unless made in error.

4. How to Request a Refund

• The email address associated with the donation
• The date and amount of the donation

5. Processing Time

We will acknowledge your refund or cancellation request within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

6. Tax Implications

If a refund is issued for a donation for which a tax receipt was provided, the donor is responsible for adjusting their tax records accordingly. We may issue a corrected receipt if necessary.
