Community Wellness Initiatives
Nurturing body, mind, and spirit through free wellness offerings rooted in our spiritual practice.
Wellness as Spiritual Practice
In the Shipibo-Konibo tradition, the health of the body, mind, and spirit are inseparable. Wellness is not simply the absence of illness — it is a state of harmony with oneself, with community, and with the living world.
Our wellness programs are offered as expressions of this understanding. Through yoga, meditation, healing circles, and immersive retreats, we create space for our community to cultivate balance, presence, and connection. All weekly offerings are provided free of charge as an act of service and devotion.

Wellness Retreats
Throughout the year, we offer periodic multi-day wellness retreats that combine yoga, meditation, ceremony, and nature immersion into a transformative experience. These retreats provide an opportunity to step away from the pace of daily life and reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world.
Held at our private retreat property, wellness retreats are designed to nourish every dimension of being — body, mind, and spirit — in a supportive community setting surrounded by the beauty of the natural landscape.
