Common Questions
I can't log in
Check your email for a magic link, or use the "Sign in with password" option on the login screen. If you've forgotten your password, tap the reset link to receive a password reset email.
I haven't received my invite
Access is by invitation only. If you're expecting an invite, contact your facilitator directly — they can resend your invite link.
Audio won't play or video won't load
Check your internet connection and try again. Downloaded content is available offline from the Favorites tab — no connection needed.
How do I delete my account
Open the app and go to Settings → Permanently Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.
My account was deactivated
Account access is managed by your community facilitator. Please reach out to them directly to have your access restored.
The app crashed or isn't working
Force-close the app and reopen it. If the issue continues, email [email protected] with your device model and OS version.
