Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Donations to Earth Connection Community Corp. are voluntary charitable contributions. As such, donations are generally non-refundable. We appreciate every gift and are committed to using your contributions responsibly in service of our spiritual, educational, wellness, and environmental programs.

2. One-Time Donations

One-time donations are generally non-refundable once processed. However, if you believe a donation was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge or incorrect amount), you may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction date. Refund requests made after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

3. Recurring Donations

Recurring donations can be canceled at any time. To cancel, you may:

• Cancel directly through your payment provider

Cancellation will take effect before the next scheduled payment. Previously processed recurring payments are generally non-refundable unless made in error.

4. How to Request a Refund

• The email address associated with the donation
• The date and amount of the donation
• The reason for the refund request
