Wellness as Spiritual Practice
Our community wellness programs are offered free of charge as a direct expression of our spiritual values. We believe that caring for the body, mind, and heart is inseparable from caring for the spirit. These programs are open to community members and the broader public.
Weekly Offerings
Yoga
Weekly yoga classes rooted in breath, presence, and connection to the body as sacred temple. All levels welcome.
Meditation
Guided meditation practices drawing from earth-based spirituality and contemplative traditions. Cultivating stillness, awareness, and inner listening.
Healing Circles
Community sharing circles for mutual support, reflection, and spiritual connection. A space to speak truth, be witnessed, and offer care.
Wellness Retreats
Periodic weekend retreats combining nature immersion, contemplative practices, and communal nourishment.
